Venelle Salon & Spa is committed to providing a relaxing atmosphere and best experience for every our guest. The following Salon & Spa Policies are intended to enhance everyone’s experience with us.

RESERVATIONS POLICY:

  • For services over 1 hour we require credit card information upon booking as we have a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please note that if you cancel within that 48-hour period, you will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service price. If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the service price. Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show”. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail. Our Team depends on your timely arrival or cancellation. Thank you for your cooperation!

DISCOUNT POLICY:

  • Please be advised that all discounted Gift Cards, Gift Certificates, Package Deals and Spa Week Offers cannot be combined with any other Venelle Salon & Spa offers, discounts and promotions.

  • Gratuities: Cash only.

AGE REQUIREMENT POLICY:

  • Spa guests must be 18 years of age or older to receive treatments without the approval or accompaniment of an adult.

REFUND POLICY:

  • All service, series and gift cards sales are final.

  • Unopened items may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase as required by Venelle Salon & Spa in order for any exchanges and/or refunds to be given.

  • Due to health regulations, we regret that we cannot accept opened and/or used returns of the following items: makeup, makeup brushes and applicators, skin care products, hair brushes and combs, other hair accessories, nail care and pedicure care products.

  • Gift Certificates and service series are non-refundable, and are good for one year. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates.

LATE ARRIVALS POLICY:

  • We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our teams’ day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, we have set a few general ground rules for such situations. Clients will generally be allowed a 15 minute grace period.

PROFESSIONAL BOUNDARIES:

  • All aspects of treatment can usually be modified to your taste: amount of light, type of music, and whether you choose to have a conversation or enjoy the treatment in silence. Feel free to ask questions. Your therapist will appreciate knowing your thoughts and clarifying any issues you may have.

  • Sexual interaction or discussion of any kind between the client and the massage therapist is NEVER appropriate.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

  • We do our best to ensure that only the highest quality of products are sold within the salon. If your product is defected or damaged please bring it back in and we will gladly exchange it for you. You may also return the product within 14 days of purchase.
